Sam has predominantly worked as a theatre musical director, conductor and pianist professionally in the UK for over 10 years. He currently resides in West Yorkshire, with other bases in London, the West Midlands and Norfolk. Experience includes UK Tours, West End, No.1 Pantomimes, major UK festivals & open air, training institutions, cabarets, and fringe/off-West End venues.
As an educator, he is currently on the singing faculty at SLP College Leeds, and a former faculty member of Italia Conti. Other previously associated drama colleges and training institutions include: Institute of the Arts Barcelona, International College of Musical Theatre (ICMT), The MTA London, Royal Central (RCSSD), The Arden Manchester, Performers College, READ College, CAPA College, Stagebox, Sharpe Academy, National Youth Music Theatre and Anglia Ruskin University.
Personal career highlights include touring with Everybody's Talking About Jamie, London and West End concerts with West End Live Lounge, and session work outside of theatre with Jada Star and the late Clem Burke at gigs including Glastonbury Festival and O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire.
